Company Overview

LoneStar Construction was founded in 1996 by Darryl Schroeder after many years in the Steel Warehousing and Steel Fabrication business. The idea was to use his experience in distribution and manufacturing as an invaluable tool in designing buildings for sale or lease to his customers. LoneStar’s first project was a purchase of 165 acres of land that became Southbelt Industrial Park. This project was built-out over a five year period with total land and building value of over (60) sixty million dollars. A second project in the same area consisted of 200 acres with a total value in excess of (80) eighty million dollars. Customers are local, national, and international businesses including Carrier Corporation, Galperti Forge (Italian), Rolls Royce Energy, Rolls Royce Marine, Bakemark (Netherlands), Alloy Products, F.W. Gartner, Air Gas Southwest, Custom Air Products, Dover Corporation, and many more.
