Darryl Schroeder – President
As the founder and President of LoneStar Construction, Mr. Schroeder provides strategic direction to advance the company's objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization. His vast experience includes thirty years of owning and operating businesses in the distribution, manufacturing, real estate development, and construction industries.
Mr. Schroeder also represents the company in various leadership positions throughout the community, and is on the Board of Directors of BBVA Compass Bank, the 100 Club of Houston, the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, and the KCEF Foundation. He is a native Houstonian and a graduate of the University of Houston.

Mike Kaiser – Chief Financial Officer

Mike has been with LoneStar since its inception and has provided oversight to various entities owned by the Schroeder family for sixteen years. He directs all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations while providing leadership for the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company. His experience includes thirty years in the private sector and five years in public accounting as an auditor specializing in manufacturing and construction. Mike became a Certified Public Accountant in 1974, is a graduate of the University of Houston, and a native Houstonian.

Scott Schroeder – New Construction Sales Manager

Scott has served LoneStar in various capacities for the past thirteen years, and is currently responsible for the company’s marketing and sales operations. As New Construction Sales Manager, he advises customers in the conceptual development of construction projects by utilizing the hands-on construction expertise he developed over the course of ten years in the field. He is a native Houstonian and active member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.

As a Project Manager, Jill supervises commercial build-out and interior construction projects on behalf of LoneStar’s clients. She has been with LoneStar for over 10 years, and has worked in purchasing, accounting, construction, and property management. Her experience includes the renovation or improvement of a wide range of commercial, retail, and residential structures. She graduated from the University of Houston with honors, holds a Texas real estate salesperson license, and is a native Houstonian.

As a Project Manager, Bruce has successfully built more than 65 commercial and industrial buildings during his 10 years with LoneStar. Prior to joining our team, he worked in the petrochemical industry for twenty years. His combination of experience is particularly valuable to our energy sector clients.

Her responsibilities include accounting, purchasing, payroll, billing, and general office administration. Tracy applies the broad accounting knowledge she gained working for major corporations to LoneStar’s tight-knit family owned and operated business.

Bert has been with LoneStar for 9 years, and as Procurement Manager is responsible for the efficient and cost-effective procurement of goods and services related to construction projects. He leverages his four decades of purchasing experience in the warehousing and fabrication industries to negotiate favorable contracts with the industry’s best vendors. He ensures LoneStar’s ability to deliver high quality buildings at the lowest possible costs.

Jamie Bryan – Procurement Manager / Superintendent

As a Procurement Manager and Superintendent, Jamie is responsible for bidding, scheduling, estimating, architectural review, coordination and document control for LoneStar. His extensive background spans multi-story office buildings, retail shopping centers, warehouses, churches, industrial complexes, and residential construction. Jamie originally learned the trade from his father, a master carpenter, as soon as he was old enough to swing a hammer. Building on his family’s tradition of craftsmanship, he later worked his way up the ranks from the field to Superintendent.

Stanley has been with the LoneStar Companies and the Schroeder family for more than 15 years. As a reliable in-house courier, Stanley ensures that materials and equipment are transported from our vendors to the project site within the same day or even within the hour. His valuable service decreases turnaround times resulting in a more efficient, shorter project schedule for our customers.
